Sports Hazing Amongst Peers - Sports

Sports Hazing happens all over the world and effects kids in a vast different number of ways. Kids will avoid sports to stop the hazing, and sometimes it doesnt even stop

Sports Hazing Amoung Coaches

Sports hazing amoung coaches happens often as well. Coaches will often "look the other way" or "turn their head" while kids are being hazed. Other times coaches can be doing the hazing to the kids. Coaches can be overly excessive or mean.

Preventing Hazing

Hazing effects everyone involved, it has vast mental and physical damage done to the victims. Coaches and espicially other teens need to learn to work together to get rid hazing and prevent it from happening in the future. With coaches looking out for it more and kids helping build each other up, we can turn sports into the awesome fun games that help relieve stress, anger, and obesity. Sports can be the definitive thing that keeps kids from doing harm or keeps them from getting themselves into trouble. So if students see one of their peers hazing, stop, and report it to a coach/parent.
