What is Physical Bullying?
Physical Bullying is hitting, kicking, punching, sexual assult and many other physical acts of violence against a victim. Physical Bullying is one of the worst forms of bullying there is. The effects of this form of bullying are terrible. It can lead to mental and physical scars and it can cause depression and suicide. Its is estimated that 30% of teens have been involved in bullying.

How to help
Even though physical bullying is a very serious problem, the solution is simple. If you see physical bullying, do something about it! Do not be a bystander. Report it to a teacher or adult and try to help the victim. There are also many websites and orginizations that can help and inform people about the danger in phsical bullying. If you think that the victim is having sucidal thoughts or actions call 911 and try to talk them out of it. One phone call can mean the difference between life or death.
